1. Cancellations by You

• 24 hours or more before your scheduled session: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. You may choose a full refund or a free reschedule to a new time.
• Less than 24 hours before your scheduled session: Cancellations made within this window are not eligible for a refund, particularly for physical counselling sessions, as this time and space is reserved exclusively for you.
• No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be treated as a missed session and is not eligible for a refund or a free reschedule.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellations or Rescheduling by Agam Forte

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to practitioner unavailability, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a free reschedule to a mutually convenient time.

In such cases, you will not be charged any additional fee for rescheduling.

3. Multi-Session Programs and Packages

For pre-paid packages or multi-session programs, the 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy applies to each individual session within the package.

Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you wish to discontinue, minus the value of sessions already completed, provided a request is made in writing.

4. School and Corporate Workshops

Cancellation and refund terms for school and corporate workshops are governed separately by the agreement made with the specific institution, and may differ from the individual client policy above.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 3 business days of the cancellation request being confirmed.

Any transaction or payment gateway charges that are non-recoverable by us may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.

6. Fee Changes

Any change in session or program fees will not affect sessions that have already been booked and paid for.

7. Exceptions

In case of a genuine medical or family emergency preventing you from providing 24 hours' notice, please reach out to us. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
